Bradley Young
Director
Brad, our sales expert, started in estate agency in Cardiff in 2007 which means at the age of 40 he already has a massive 18 years experience in the industry. Brad rose through the ranks quickly at a young age and was a branch manager at a big Cardiff agency when he was 27.
He is extremely experienced in all areas of the industry and is just as knowledgeable in sales as he is in lettings and property management.
Outside of work, Brad is an avid gym goer. He spends his free time watching sport or going to the beach with his two beautiful children who he shares with his wife and TY colleague Jess.
Chrysti Thompson
Director
Chrysti had her first bit of work experience in estate agency at her Dad's company in West London in 2008. In 2011, after a spell in journalism after she graduated from University, she moved from London to Cardiff where she got her first full time job in lettings at a large corporate agent. in 2013, she moved to another agency where Brad was her manager and they have worked together ever since!
Chrysti has a wealth of experience in all areas of estate agency including sales, lettings and property management and is in the 'a bit of everything role' at Thompson Young. She oversees the lettings, accounts, helps with sales and is also the resident photographer/videographer and social media manager!
Outside of work her time is spent with her husband, daughter and their miniature Dachshund - she is also a keen runner, weight lifter and loves reading.
Jessica Young
Sales Manager
Jess started in estate agency 10 years ago in Penarth. Her area of expertise is sales and you'll often see Jess out on viewings around Penarth. She is also in charge of our 'sales progressions' - with her guidance and support, she ensures our clients properties move from "sold" to "completed" with ease.
Jess has a degree in Design and is passionate about great projects/development opportunities and staging advice and she can really help buyers visualise what a house could be for them on viewings.
Jess is a Mum of 2 children that she shares with Brad and outside of work she spends her free time tweaking the interiors of their family home, socialising with her friends and family and she loves a bit of gardening!
